What is Unbuilt?
We are on a mission to help founders and pre-founders find success in entrepreneurship with access to unique resources and empowerment.Traditional startup accelerators leave too many ideas (and founders) on the sideline. Whether you're a student, recent graduate, or deep in a career you dislike, Unbuilt focuses on the founder and your next step, not just the pitch or venture.
How does it work?
Incubator track: If you prefer to ideate and build on your own time, you have that option in our incubator track, supported by on-demand advisement and a helpful community. The goal of the incubator track is to unlock resources and community, get you unstuck, and validate your venture.
Accelerator track: If your venture is ready for traction, you're invited to our accelerator track involving more rigor, competition, and 1:1 mentorship. The goal of the accelerator track is to quickly reach revenue and a repeatable business process.
Founders may move between track, become eligible for seed funding and achieve long-term mentorship.
Pre-founders and Non-founders: Non-founders join Unbuilt as topic advisors and are recognized publicly for their contributions -- And/or as viable co-founders. All members (founders and non-founders) accept non-disclosure policies and represent a community of highest integrity.
Unbuilt complements other accelerator programs and prepares founders for acceptance and success within those and is also remarkably productive for founders without direct access to other programs.

Unbuilt helps you target next steps and land customer conversations and is there if you need to pivot. Unbuilt will help (and require) you to spend less time in your head and more time in the work that matters to validate your business opportunity.

Unbuilt doesn't care about your ongoing pitch. We care about your activity and facilitate events and mentorship focused on business traction. Validated ventures are encouraged to join a traction-based competition supported by mentors and peers who invest in your progress.
3. Get involved.

Unbuilt is more than a program. It’s a founder-first ecosystem where members contribute to other's success and are recognized for their impact.Whether you are launching a venture or here as an advisor and friend, Unbuilt will track and award those who help build the unbuilt.

"We are unbuilt" reminds us of how we all start: with imperfect, often insecure effort that somehow eventually pays off. At Unbuilt, we celebrate that imperfect effort and work to make "eventually" happen a little sooner for all of us.It is a reminder to be humble, stay hungry, and keep building ourselves and others.
